Are your products tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested by third-party laboratories using HPLC and mass spectrometry, and held to a 99%+ purity standard. The Certificate of Analysis for each batch is published in our COA library.
Where can I find the COA for my product?
All Certificates of Analysis are published in our COA library, and the relevant COA is also linked on each product page. You can review the data before you order.
What does "for research use only" mean?
Our products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not for human or veterinary consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout, where you'll enter shipping and payment details to complete your purchase. Any volume discounts are applied automatically.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes — 7.5% off orders over $200, 10% off over $350, and 12.5% off over $500. Discounts apply automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Shipping & returns
How fast do orders ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours on business days. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $225 qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Refunds & Returns policy for the full process.
