01Research use only

All products offered by LV8 Research are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development purposes. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended for human or animal consumption.

By purchasing from us, you certify that you are a qualified researcher or professional, that you are at least 21 years of age, and that you will handle, store, and use all products in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and good laboratory practice. You assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful handling of any product you purchase.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from this site. Products are sold only to individuals and institutions intending to use them for legitimate research purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at our sole discretion, including where we believe a product may be misused or where an order violates these terms or applicable law.

03Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once we send confirmation and process payment. Any applicable volume discounts are calculated automatically at checkout.

04Payment

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at checkout. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

05Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping timelines, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review those pages before ordering.

06Product information and disclaimers

We publish third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for our batches and strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, including purity, molecular data, and specifications. However, products are provided "as is" for research purposes, without warranties of any kind beyond what is expressly stated.

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, scientific, or professional advice. No statement about any product has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

07Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LV8 Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from the use or misuse of any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LV8 Research from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your handling, use, or misuse of any product purchased from us.

08Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product imagery — is the property of LV8 Research and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our prior written permission.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LV8 Research operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
