Refunds & Returns

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered, in good condition. Because our products are sensitive research materials, returns are handled carefully. This policy explains when refunds and replacements are available and how to request one.
For research use only. All products sold by LV8 Research are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
01Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lv8research.io with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.
02Product integrity
Because our products are research materials whose integrity depends on proper storage and handling, opened, used, or improperly stored items cannot be returned for resale. This protects the quality and safety of every order we ship. Unopened items in their original, sealed condition may be eligible for return — contact us first to confirm before sending anything back.
03How to request a refund or replacement
To start a request:
- —Email support@lv8research.io within 7 days of delivery.
- —Include your order number and a description of the issue.
- —Attach photos for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- —Wait for our confirmation and instructions before returning any item — returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
04Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will email you when your refund has been processed.
05Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process above.
06Non-delivery and lost packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve it.
