Shipping Policy

We ship quickly and pack carefully to protect product integrity in transit. This policy covers processing times, rates, tracking, and delivery.
For research use only. All products sold by LV8 Research are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
01Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of payment, on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
02Shipping rates and free shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the speed you choose. Standard and expedited options are available.
Orders over $225 qualify for free standard shipping — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
03Tracking and delivery
Every order ships with tracking. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery times depend on the carrier and the service selected at checkout. Please note that estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
04Packaging and product integrity
Products are sealed and packed to maintain their integrity during transit. If your order arrives with damaged packaging or compromised product, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right under our Refunds & Returns policy.
05Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@lv8research.io — we can correct it only before the order ships.
06Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
